Mermaid Pirate Ship Sterling Marine Engine Rare 1928 Art Advertisement

This is a hard to come by inside back cover art ad, most of these did not survive being cover pieces.

This is an inside back cover art advertisement, the reverse outside shows soiling and scuffing but this inside art piece is in nice condition with bright colors. There is a mild bottom right corner bend and a mild soil print in the white margin of the lower corner (it could be easily covered in framing). Printed on a card stock type weight paper.

The artist signature looks to be K. Fair
