This is a 38 page, including foldouts, brochure plus there are 2 x 4 page specification brochures held in the rear cover. It is dealer stamped, has a little creasing to the outer corner of the rear cover together with minor marking (rear cover) but still mostly is in close to as new condition. A lovely example.
