Postage

We post all our items within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment.  We do offer combined postage - For the UK that is P&P £(as stated) + each additional item is 50p - Overseas P&P £(as stated) plus 50p for each additional item.  All orders over £35 are free P&P Worldwide (unless specifically excluded).

Payment

Our preference is PayPal - however, we will accept Cheques or Postal Orders but this may slow the dispatch of your purchase.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns, with the exception of earrings or body piercings - for which no returns are accepted or refunds given on grounds of hygine.  If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason please notify us within 48hrs of its receipt and return the item to us within 7days in its original packaging and condition.  Responsibility for the safe return of the item rest with the buyer.  We endeavor to issue refunds, for the item only, within 72hrs of items being returned in its original packaging and undamaged/condition.  We do not refund postage.

Return policy

Goldandsilvergift wishes you to be able to purchase items with confidence.  Therefore we have established a returns policy that we feel is fair to all concerned and is highlighted below.

No refunds given or returns accepted for earrings for hygiene reasons.

If you are not satisfied with any other item for any reason. Goldandsilvergift  must be contacted within 48 hours of receipt of the item, we will do our best to resolve any issues.

Items to be returned to Goldandsilvergift within 7 days of receipt in original packaging and condition.

Responsibility for safe return of the items rests with the buyer. Refund will be for the item only, all postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

We will endevour to send agreed refunds within 72 hours of the item being returned with its original packaging and in its original/undamaged condition.
