For European Union, please allow up to 14 working days from confirmation of order for delivery. For Rest of the world please allow up to 20 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver a package, should you be unable to collect the package on any of these attempts your order will be returned to us and we will charge a further £3.75 for a redelivery.
If you wish to make a return, you can do so by sending unworn/unused shoes along with your invoice to the address below within 28 days of the invoice date. Always ask for a "Proof of Posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit.
