All products sold are new (or if used this will be specified) and packaged as such.  The items supplied remain the property of Palm Supplies Ltd until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Should you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us by email and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.  Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.  We will not refund any postage charges paid or return carriage charges without prior arrangement with ourselves.

All products sold are new, and are provided with a 30 day warranty.  In the event of a claim, customers must send us an email, stating the problem.  We can then organise a collection/replacement/refund, whichever is appropriate.

We will endeavour to answer any questions within 24 hours, unless we have left a note on our site, for example - holidays.
