We post daily within 24 hours of receiving full and cleared payment. We dispatch our items by Royal Mail depending upon the option you choose (where options are given). We try our best to keep our postage costs low and offer a £1 postage discount on every extra pair purchased at the same time.

We measure our items to help buyers to choose the correct size.
We do have both an exchange policy and a return policy in place
Exchange Policy- item to be returned within 14 days, unworn, in original packaging.
The exchange is subject to stock and buyer is to pay all postage.
Return Policy - item to be returned for any reason within 14 days, unworn in original
packaging. Refund does not include P+P unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

Mail Order Only - SORRY, NO COLLECTIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Non-UK Bidders - We will ship WORLDWIDE.

Replacements -Any problems must be reported to us within 14 days from the date of item posting. We will gladly replace the item as soon as the faulty one is received back by us.

Lost Items - If your item goes astray, there is nothing we can do until 15 days after our date of posting (25 days outside of the UK). We will then need signed confirmation from you of non-receipt which we will inturn pass onto Royal Mail as proof of non-delivery.

Payment - We require payment within 14 days from the purchase date. We are flexible with this, as long as you ask first! Additional shipping terms are on the basis of highest cost shipping applies and then £1.25 per item. We cannot combine postage on Boxsets.

Dispatch Times - In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, please allow 28 days for delivery. We will always email you on the date of dispatch to let you know your items are on the way.
