This fabulous Jacket is made from a top quality shimmering dark Moss silk! Only 100% Dupioni can give the look and feel that this Jacket offers! Jacket is lined with a nice weight gold satin lining and inner lapels are made from a gorgeous dark gold Dupioni silk, most definitely this Jacket looks as good inside as it does out! The gold lining will give a sharp and classic look to this fabulous Jacket as you stroll around the room. Jacket also had slightly stiffened 2 1/2" collar and nice working pockets and flaps at front. Jacket has large oversized cuffs and Jacket front and cuffs are finished off with a unique hand beaded and sequin trim, carefully handsewn on - there is nothing like it! Trim is detailed in irredescent and soft moss tones and makes a sharp additional to an already fabulous Coat! Jacket has been sewn abit fuller around the hem for a daring swing and sway. All in all a well made jacket - made to last!

This is my favorite pattern to sew from, well tailored with the front cut on bias to sit nicely on the chest and taper down the hips to the slightly flared hem. Back is straight cut for a long streamlined look, there is nothing baggy or bulky about the look of this fabulous jacket. Sleeves are slightly tailored for a nice fit and have large oversized cuffs. Wear this jacket with so many color combinations, black - red, gold, blue and white, the list is endless! Jacket is shown and has included in the measurements - a gap amount..this is supposed to be there as per the period to show off your waistcoat and Jabot. This amount is included in the following measurements. The jacket picture has been lightened up a tad to show detail, and is in reality a dark moss green - beautiful!!!

Shipping is 21.20 for regular air taking 7-12 b.days. If you need it sooner there is the Expresspost option which has a tracking number and takes about 3-5 business days for an additional 5.95. International shipments do cost abit more, so please email me beforehand with your address so that I can trot down to the post office and get a quote for you! I sew and package my costumes with great care and attention, but simply cannot be responsible for them once they are out of my hands and into the postal system.
