Deliveries are FREE OF CHARGE to all addresses in mainland England,or Wales (please email for delivery fees to Scotland) where the value of purchases accumulates to over £299 OR your purchase is from our next day mattress delivery section where all orders are FREE (see bottom of page for further details). Purchases of £299 or under will incur a £29 charge inclusive of VAT. (unless from the next day free delivery mattress section) We deliver goods between Monday and Friday to all addresses in mainland England Scotland and Wales. Orders will not be shipped on Bank Holidays and National Holidays. Next Day Delivery Services Here at eBedz, we use our fleet of couriers to ensure you get your high quality mattress on time, and in the same great condition as it left the manufacturers. We offer a standard delivery service which is absolutely free of charge for orders over £299 in the next day delivery mattress section only. Simply order before 12:00pm today and have it with you the following day. Please note, exact delivery times can not be guaranteed or given, you must be available to receive your delivery between 8am and 5.30pm to take advantage of this free service. However, for a charge of £25 you can be guaranteed a first drop in the morning slot. This guarantees delivery before 9.30am We can also organise deliveries for SATURDAY if necessary. This will incur a £25 charge. Scotland next day deliveries are £15 and the Highlands are £25. When you receive your item/s please make sure that you inspect your goods carefully before signing. Make sure the packaging that your item/s arrive in, is in good condition. If the product looks damaged in any way please sign for it, but write the word DAMAGED on the signature note and inform us within 3 days. This type of damage is very rare, but you must look out for your protection. Faulty goods: If you receive a faulty product, please report it in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt. We will contact the manufacturer to rectify the problem - we will transfer to you the benefit of any manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee given to us. A full refund or exchange will be offered subject to inspection and report from the manufacturer and free collection/exchange will be arranged.

Unwanted goods: if you would like to return non-faulty goods which are in their original condition and have notified us in writing or by email within 7 days of the date the goods are received, we will refund all monies paid to us after we have collected the goods however there will be a £150.00 collection charge in all cases.

In most circumstances if a product is faulty or damaged in transit, we will allow you to use/treat as your own until a replacement is delivered. Refunds will be made once we are in receipt of the goods.

This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer.
