Payment:
UK buyers - I accept payment by Paypal, postal orders and cheques. Items paid for by Paypal or postal orders will be dispatched on the day the payment is received or on the next working day. Cheques take approx. 5 working days to clear through my bank and item will be sent once cheque has cleared. Items purchased by unconfirmed Paypal users will be sent 24 hours after the payment is received.
International buyers - I only accept payment by Paypal. Please note that all my listings are in English pounds (GBP) and invoices will be sent in English currency. Paypal will convert to your local currency during the payment process.
Return & Refund
l Refunds shall be issued if goods are not as described.
l If an item is faulty, please contact me immediately and items should be sent back for a refund or exchange.
l All postage and packing costs, and returns are to be paid by the buyer.
l Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received.
l Refunds will be given if the item is returned within 7 days. Original packaging must still be intact.
l Refunds will be given once item has been received back, please send your item by a trackable method, as I will NOT refund on goods NOT received. Please include your user ID and Item number in with your return, for a faster refund.
l Return postage costs for items will not be refundable.
l These policies do not affect your statutory rights.
