48 Contiguous US States: We ship all item(s) via UPS or USPS. Shipping and handling time for each item is listed at the shipping tab. A tracking number is emailed at the end of the day once an item is shipped. Notifications are generally sent via paypal (if paid by paypal) or via email. If you did not receive the tracking, please check your spam folder or log into paypal first. Shipping insurance is optional on some items but is encouraged for all buyers to cover your orders from damage or loss during shipment. 

International Orders: We ship most items worldwide. Please check the shipping tab and check if your country is included in the list. All international orders are shipped via USPS as this is the most economical shipping method available. Let us know if there is a cheaper way to ship this item to you. Please note that we only ship to the address listed on your paypal account (The address that shows up after you make a payment). A tracking number is emailed at the end of the shipping day. Most orders shipped by USPS arrive in 6-10 business days.

You agree to cover the shipping cost of returned items. We agree to cover the costs of re-sending the replacement to you.

Refunds: Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of returned item. Item must be returned in the original condition it was received including all accessories. Refunds are issued only if an exchange is not available. Refunds issued only include the actual cost paid for the item and any taxes paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
