Up for sale is a brand new, professionally assembled AV cable. This cable is fully compatible with the following systems, either domestic or import.

  • Sega Megadrive 2 (NOT Megadrive 1)
  • Genesis 2
  • Nomad
  • 32X

    • The cable is a full 1.5 metres long which will allow for plenty of room between your system and TV. It is professionally wired and screened to avoid interference issues. 24 carat gold plated AV connectors are supplied at the TV end for ultimate connection quality and lifespan of your cable. Full stereo sound is provided by this cable - just plug all three plugs into the sockets on your TV. No tuning in is required.

    Please note - AV composite is a much better signal than the RF output produced by the cable which came with your console. However it is still the budget option for those of us with SCART compatible TVs. For an even better signal please try out our RGB SCART cable options:

    The audio and video plugs will not seperate easily as the colour coded cables are encased in black tubing which is similar to a SCART type lead. This provides extra protection for the already individually screened cables encased within. Please note that the Megadrive 2 style plug in the picture features an elongated metal barrel which is needed by the system - many cables sold online are either not an ideal fit or the plastic of the plug has been cut down to accomodate the console's socket. This cable is neat and professional looking, not cut down and extremely sturdy.
