We will adhere to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000, the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations Act 2002, the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations Act 2002 and any other acts of the UK Parliament as required to do so. 1) We will refund an item if you change your mind within 7 days of the day on which the item was delivered. You will have to pay the return p+p (online trackable / signable). A £10 re-stocking fee will be due. The item MUST be received in the condition it was sent in (as per the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000). All returns must be authorised in advance. 2) If an item is suspected of being faulty, then it MUST be returned in accordance with the above term (1). Once received it will be full tested and either replaced, fixed or refunded (as per the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations Act 2002). If no fault is found, then you will have to pay the restocking fee and resending p+p. All returns must be authorised in advance. 3) We offer no company warranty on any item we sell. Many items have manufactory warranties (with their own time limits). If an item develops a fault (which we were not aware of at the time of sale), then please contact the manufactory direct.
