Payment
Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction.
I accept the following methods of payments from UK buyers:

PayPal - I prefer Paypal
Postal Orders - Uncrossed (no double lines or AC PAYEE)
Personal Cheques - These will take 5 days to clear in my bank and your order will be dispatched as soon the funds have cleared, thankyou.
International Buyers - Please note that I only accept Paypal from International Buyers and I invoice in GBP only.

Combined Postage & Packaging
I am happy to combine Postage & Packaging. If you require Combined P&P please either email me, request a total from seller or wait for me to invoice you. If you do not do this then no discount can be applied.

Dispatch
Although I usually dispatch within 48 hours, my products are often handmade to order and your items arrive to you freshly made, so please allow upto 3 days, Thankyou.

Terms of Service
I am happy to replace damaged items as long as you contact me within 7 days of receipt of goods. I always obtain proof of postage on all items and insure according to value. Refunds for items not received will only be made if the item was insured and subject to the claim being verified by the courier. Returns must be sent back to me by recorded delivery (paid for by the buyer and non refundable) and in the original unopened packaging and unused condition for a full refund of the original purchase price.
