Returns and Refunds are honoured if the following terms are met:-
1) Return postage is your responsibility; the postage cost is to be paid by the buyer. The item should be carefully packaged to prevent damage via postage.
2) The item will then be tested and confirmed to be faulty by myself.
3) A full Refund will be credited including the original postage cost at time of auction end. If the item is confirmed to be faulty.
4) If the item is confirmed to be working, then the buyer will have to pay the return postage cost upfront before the item is posted to you again.
5) Please remember these terms are designed to be fair to both myself and the buyer, I always try to accurately describe the item offered for auction.
