Returns...

Faulty goods will be replaced on a like-for-like basis. Should our existing stocks by insufficient to accommodate this, either a better specification replacement will be offered or a full refund given

We must be advised of any damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of the item. If packaging is damaged on arrival PLEASE sign the courier paperwork “as damaged unchecked goods” or if unhappy refuse the delivery. Goods signed d for as “OK” but subsequently found to be physically damaged cannot be claimed under insurance. Or warranty.
