Check-Out Later If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay shop. You have 7 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout!

Delivery
WE NOW OFFER FREE UK MAINLAND SHIPPING ON ALMOST EVERY PRODUCT.

Delivery will be by Private Specialist Courier, Parcelforce or the Royal Mail, we will need your phone number so we and our courier can contact you if necessary. Delivery is in mainland UK only, if you live in Scotland or an Island please enquire as costs vary.

If your item is shipped by Parcelforce, they will attempt to deliver during office hours and leave a card if you are not available, you may then arrange redelivery or collection from your local Post Office with a small charge.

You may collect items when available from our Portreath branch, but we ask you to confirm before making your purchase, quite often it will take 7 days to be available.

Despatch time - Many items are kept in a remote warehouse and despatch times vary, all small items should usually be delivered with in 2 weeks of purchase, if your order is urgent, please let us know asap.

Late delivery discount - Salem Sofas offer for sale many 100's of different lines, occasionally an item may have sold out and it can take a while to update our system. As soon as we receive your order we check stock and then we will confirm a delivery time scale. If we are not able to offer a delivery time of less than 14 working days from ordering, we will refund 5% of the cost of the most expensive item in your order. Alternatively, you may cancel your order and receive a full immediate refund. This discount is not available for items purchased below our normal sale price including Best Offers, or in surcharge delivery areas.

Insurance - If you opt to pay for our insurance (if offered), you will be covered against loss or damage to the amount of your final bid/price should the item be affected during the period starting from your full cleared payment until the item is delivered to you. If you do not take our insurance then you do not have this cover and our responsibility for your purchase ends when we pass it to the delivery agent.

International - We normally only ship within the uk mainland, we can deliver to Scotland but additional costs may apply, please enquire before bidding so we can give an accurate delivery cost. We can also recommend Abbey Shipping who will deliver to most areas of the world
