  • Mediasonic Enclosure has 1 year warranty from our store. Please keep your invoice, payment transaction, or ebay item number for warranty.
  • Samsung hard drive has 3 year manufacture warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to customer misuse, unauthorized modification or improper installation.Buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning product back to us.S & H fee is non-refundable.
  • Buyer must email us at rma@mediasonic.ca to obtain RMA / Authorization number before ship the item back to us for any reason.
  • Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge.
  • Buyer must state your ebay ID, item number, and invoice number when email us
TAX Payment
  • USA Customers: There will be No TAX and Custom Duty for all USA Customers because we ship from USA.
