PAYMENT

You can pay safe and securely with your credit/debit card over the telephone, please call 01964 623321  (Mon-Fri) 9.00-5.00pm.

We also accept PayPal, PayPal eCheque, personal cheque or postal orders. *Please note*  PayPal eCheques take 8-10 working days to clear, therefore, we are unable to dispatch items until the funds have successfully cleared. Please be patient if paying by personal cheque, this usually takes 3-5 working days. Unfortunately we do not accept bank transfer.

DELIVERY

Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery of all items (excluding Bank Holidays). We aim to dispatch within 24 hours, wherever possible. We provide a fast and hassle free service, please review our positive feedback comments!

Please note occasionally items may be out of stock due to in-house sales. In the event that any items are out of stock you will be notified and issued a full and immediate refund.

Items delivered via courier should be fully inspected before signing. Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be reported to us within 3 days. Please make a note on the carriers delivery docket, wherever possible.

Delivery charge is UK mainland only. We are happy to dispatch heavy nursery items  items to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Isles and offshore Islands. Please contact us for a shipping quote BEFORE making your purchase.

RETURNS

We accept returns. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via email or telephone. Returns can only be received by prior arrangement. Goods returned without a prior authorisation code will not be accepted and returned to sender. We always rectify any problem to the customer's full satisfaction, please review the returns policy for full details.
