· All the items are fully compatible with UK consoles, (unless otherwise stated within the eBay listing).

· Failure to pay within 24 hours will mean that the item will be relisted, (unless you contact the seller to make arrangements for payments).
· UK delivery takes approximately 1-5 days. Delivery times are in line with the Royal Mail Group (our delivery partner), and once I have posted I cannot be held responsible for delivery.
· The delivery address cannot be changed after payment is completed unless you notify the seller at the time of payment. Items will be sent to the address given to me on your PayPal payment receipt, so please ensure your details are correct and up to date.

· If an item has been lost in the post to UK mainland, I am not able to take any action until 15 working days (3 weeks) from the date of despatch. For items despatched to addresses outside the UK I am unable to take action until 25 working days (5 weeks) from date of despatch.
· Any claim that is submitted can take 4-8 weeks to reach conclusion or longer from the date of the claim being submitted.

Returns Policy
If your item is defective upon receipt then please email me using the "Contact Member" link at the top of this page and fully explain the problem. Please keep all the original packaging. If the item was purchased by mistake I will gladly refund the purchase price of the item (excluding any P&P costs) this is as long as the item is unopened, in its original packaging and both the packaging and item are not maliciously damaged.
Please use the contact link above for agreement prior to returning the item. Any games will not be accepted back if opened unless they are faulty or defective. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days from despatch.
