 This is a new, boxed Meade ETX 70. Bought last year and never used, I have taken it out to check that it is good optically (which it is, excellent in fact) and that the Autostar computer works correctly (which it does).

Apart from a few scuffs on the box, it's mint as you'd expect.

Comes with the Autostar goto handset, manual, 2 eyepieces and a CD with planetarium software. Please note that this is suitable for tabletop use (the base has little rubber pads), but it doesn't come with the optional tripod.
 
The ETX70 is a wide-field refractor which makes it much easier to use with the Autostar than the ETX90 for example, so it's ideal as a first scope for an older child.
