Refund Policy:

I try and give an accurate description of my items, and am happy to answer any questions or forward additional photos of the items on request as I will offer refunds on my items if they are damaged on arrival but please ensure you are 100% positive you wish to purchase this item prior to bidding.

Postage:

I will always try and post the items within two working days of receiving cleared funds and try my best to post the next day.  I post all my Cards, Gift Wrap etc First Class and all my other items second class unless stated on the selling description, to try and keep the postage prices as low as possible, If you wish to receive it another way, please contact me prior to bidding and we can sort it out. All items are well packaged and always obtain proof of postage as am not liable for any loss or damage during transit.

Payment:

I ask you please contact me within 3 days of the auction ending and payment received within 7 days of the auction ending.  If you are going to be away when the auction ends, please let me know prior to bidding.  Every effort will be made to contact you once the auction ends, but if I do not hear from you within 3 days I will relist the item, the same if you have contacted but fail to pay within 7 days.

Overseas:

I am more than happy to post items abroad, but you must contact me prior to bidding to discuss and agree postage. All overseas payment must be via Paypal.
