McIntosh Mahogany Display Cabinet / Bookcase / Cupboard. No 1

This good quality display cabinet is a lovely piece of furniture, and it would make a very useful addition to any room.

Made by the highly acclaimed manufacturer McIntosh & CO LTD of Kirkcaldy Scotland, the quality of this piece echo's the admiration that it's maker is renowned for. 

The astragal glazed doors have delightful moulded decoration surrounding each individual pane of glass, while detailed brass knobs allow access to the mahogany lined interior which is fitted with two fixed glass shelves. Two lights are also fitted within this section, but a plug will need to be fitted to check if they work.

The cupboard doors exhibit a beautiful pattern of flame mahogany graining, and crossbanded borders further enhance their appearance, while detailed brass ring handles enable entry to the spacious single shelved compartment within.

The condition is good, with only minor marks of use to mention and some fading to the right hand side of the bottom section. 

The height measures 75 1/4 inches.

The width measures 34 1/4 inches.

The depth measures 17 1/2 inches.

The height to the waist measures 28 inches.

This item cannot be posted as it is too large and fragile. We carry out all deliveries in person, and each item of furniture is fully insured from the time of it's purchase to the time of it's delivery.

We deliver to most parts of mainland UK, but we advise that you request a quote for delivery before placing a bid or making a purchase so you are fully aware of the cost.
