• Collection: We charge £5 handling fee. You need go through our checkout system firstly. During this check out , you must leave message about how to pay this item for collection. We just accept Postal Order , Banker's Draft or Cash for collection. In the check out system, you would be given detail collection address. After you finish this check out process, we will send this order to our warehouse and you can go to collect. If you do not go through our checkout system, our warehouse would not allow you to collect and your order would be delayed.

• We will send out your item(s) in 36 hours expect weekend and holiday after your payment is cleared. All orders will go through our accounting, customer service, and warehouse departments. We could not handle any rush orders.

• All items are inspected for damage or defects prior to leaving our warehouse. Contact us immediately if shipping damage is discovered.

• We can not held responsible for any damage or loss in transit and could not take liability for courier company delay.

• Any substantial shipping damage to the packaging must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery.Damage or loss of goods during transit will result in an insurance claim being made against the carrier.

• If the product is damaged from shipping or manufacturing, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.

• Personal cheque MUST be hold 7 days to clear after we receive. After it is cleared, we can send item to you. No exception.

• All auction items are guaranteed brand new.

• We accept return within 20 days after end of bid date. After this 20-day-time window, we would not give refund for any reason.

• Refunds are for the bid amount only. Shipping and handling fee is not refundable (Unless error occurred at our end).

• Return must be received in new condition with original packaging. Return item must be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
