The M-1 Waistpack (#0307) is Maxpedition’s flagship low-profile waistpack, compact and versatile, perfect for carrying small personal essentials close to the body. Some like to use this pocket for a small first aid kit. The main compartment is accessed through a YKK #10 zipper top with 550 paracord pulls. The frontal compartment expands greatly, contents retained by bungee cord, and secured with lid equipped with Velcro and quick release snap. The M-1 can be worn directly on a belt through an integrated belt loop or become a modular pocket compatible with ALICE or MOLLE type webbing using a pair of Short Malice Clips (sold separately)

21 Day Return
Extreme Outdoor Gear, Ltd. is proud to be one of the few sellers on eBay to offer up to a 21 day return policy on our products (for fixed price items, not auction format).
Many sellers on eBay are not business sellers, therefore once you have bought the item it is yours to keep, whether you like or not.
We understand your buying the product based on our description and pictures, but reading about an item and holding it in the hand can be two different things. Due to this we wish to give you ample time you review the product and make sure it's going to suit your needs.
We ask that if you do return it to us that it be in a resellable condition. This means all packaging, parts, and paperwork be returned to us at the cost to the customer (we advised using a insured method of posting when returning, we won't be held responsible for lost/damaged items). Upon receipt inspection/testing of the item we will then refund you the original purchase cost and postage* price. (*Note for International Customers: You will be refunded for the item cost only, not postage fees).
If the item you receive means that it must be opened for viewing and once opened is not resealable, please use your own judgement when opening it up. We won't give a complete refund on an item that the package looks like it was shredded upon opening. With most packages you can cut down along one side and slide the item out for inspection. This allows for taping/stapeling the one side backup and keeps the item looking in acceptable condition should you return it to us.
Some items due to hygene & safety issues are not refundable these include:

When returning a item to us, please contact us first by phone or email to let us know and make sure it is ok to do such. We will at that time give you the address and a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a date as to when the item should be back to us by, normally within 5 business days of the RA# given.
The items should be sent to us well packaged and insured for their full original cost value. If the item is lost or damaged in the post during its return to us we are not responsible for this.

You may have noticed that we offer several Stock levels this allows us to offer you more products than what we have sitting on our shelves. These stock status levels can be found above the main auction description.

Each one explained:
Instock: Basically just as it says. We have it on our shelves and it's ready to go out the door as soon as you order and its paid for.
Special Order: A item with this status means that we'll need to order it for you. We ask that you call/email us prior to ordering it so we can give you an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) to you. This way if you need it by a certain date we'll know such and can make a note of it on the invoice. If you do place the order you'll get a weekly update of where the item is in our system as we track its progress from the manufacturer/distributor to our doorstep and then on to yours.
Pre-Order: This means that the item hasn't been released yet, but due to be soon. So you can order it and be one of the first to have it. However even though we may give you a date, please note that release dates can be pushed back due to simple production problems that have to be solved and overcome. Shortages also happen and we may not get the entire amount we requested. So please keep this in mind, however we normally offer pre-order products at some greatly reduced prices which if you don't mind the wait, you can pick up some great deals.
Custom Built to Order: Some of the brands we carry allow for additional options to be added onto the item, or even built to your own standards (BRKT products for example). However this means that a wait time needs to be allowed as the requirements you ask for may mean searching for the right size of materials and such. Then the custom built item needs to be scheduled in between normal production times.
Please also note that Custom made to order products can not be returned once ordered. If the building of the item has not taken place and no special order of parts has been done we can cancel the order for you. However if parts have been ordered or construction is already under progress then we can not cancel the order. So be sure that when you order the product it is what you want.
Remember if you're not happy with your purchase you have 21 days to return to us for a complete refund of the original cost and original postage paid under our 21 day return policy. (Note: Custom made products are not returnable).
FAQs
Q.What courier service do you use?
A. We normally use Royal Mail, but at times we may use another courier service depending upon the weight of your order or the contents of the order.
Q. Do you offer combined postage?
A. Yes. All items to be sent in one parcel will need to be purchased within a 5 day limit of the first item being purchased. All items need to be paid for in ONE transaction (unless otherwise specified by us due to size of the order & weight. This normally will effect International orders only). If paid for in seperate transactions your payments will be refunded to you and a request for the total due will be sent to you in a single invoice. Not all items can be added to combined shipments. These items are: axes, liquids, breakables (ie: stones/hones). This is due to weight and safety issues. Also we offer pre-order, special order, and custom made products which we would not have in stock, so we would not be able to send these types of items out with instock merchandise. These items may arrive into stock at different times which means we can't combine them into one package. So keep a eye on the Stock Status of each item you are considering. If your unsure then contact us for details prior to making a purchase/bid.
Q. When will my order be posted?
A. We process and post all instock items within the following 2 business days of the order being processed in and any clearing times needed on payments. So if your item ends on a Sunday night and you pay Sunday night, we will process your order on Monday and it will be sent out on Tues/Wed. At times there may be unforseen delays such as power outages, postal strikes, system failures or weather which may delay the posting of your item. We would like to appologize for any of these delays in advance.
Q. How long before I receive my item, I'm in the UK?
A. If you paid for recorded delivery, then it is normally 2-4 business days after posting. If you paid for Special Delivery then it is the next business day (most locations) after posting.
Q. How long before I receive my item, I'm outside the UK?
A. This can vary greatly as things such as customs clearances, delays in your postal services, and other factors play a big role in delivery time. Normally though within Europe it is 4-5 days as we do use a priority airmail service. Though please allow up to 10 days before you begin to worry about an item. It is not deemed lost till 30 days have passed since posting (Royal Mail rule, not our own).
Q. My item was lost/damaged in the post, what now?
1a. If Damaged-All items are sent out insured. Please retain all packing materials as these may be needed by the postal service in their investigation. If we have another in stock and the postal service finds that the item was damaged and issues a refund then we will be glad to send out another one to you, or refund you if you wish for that.
2a. If Lost- All items are insured for coverage if lost. If your within the UK then please allow up to 15 days for delivery. This is a time set by Royal Mail. If your outside the UK, then please allow 30 days for the item to show up, this time is set by Royal Mail.
Q. The item I received is not what I ordered, now what?
A. We are human and at times we may make a mistake. If this happens simply send the item back to us via a method that fully insures it and requires a signature for delivery and we will refund you the postage cost and send the correct item out to you. If for some reason we are out of the replacement item and unable to obtain one in a suitable time we will refund you the entire cost (postage both ways and cost of item).
Q. Do you allow local pickup?
A. No, not at this time.
