RETURNING FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS.
A full refund will be given on all faulty or damaged goods, plus the cost of original postage and return postage but only when goods are received by us. You must notify us within 7 days after you receive your purchase that your item is faulty or broken. You must then return the faulty or damaged goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. Always obtain proof of posting so that you can claim from Royal mail should they lose your package.
RETURN OF NON FAULTY GOODS
If you are returning goods, you must notify us within 7 days from the date you received your purchase. You must then return the goods within 14 days from date of purchase.
We will accept returned goods at your expense. (You the customer are responsible for cost of return postage). The goods remain your responsibility until they are received at our store, so please obtain proof of posting so that you can claim from Royal mail should they lose your package.
Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold. If the product/s have been used rather than simply opened and examined, we will reduce the refund accordingly.
If a product is sealed, the seal must not be broken.
Cosmetics cannot be returned if they have been used, have any finger marks on them or the original seals are broken.
We will refund on receipt of the product at our store. |
