BIDS FROM FRANCE  Due to considerable problems experienced with deliveries in France I am no longer prepared to accept bids from eBayers residing in France unless contact is made prior to any bids being placed with a view to agreement by potential bidders to accept the additional postage costs  for ‘special’ delivery arrangements. I reserve the right to cancel any bid placed without prior contact/agreement being reached. My apologies for any inconvenience.

At present I charge BELOW actual cost for postage and packing and up until recently was able to do so as buyers left ‘star ratings’ that reflected that fact. However, unfortunately there are some buyers that do not understand that the rating for despatch relates to the time that it takes the seller to DESPATCH the item and rate according to DELIVERY times which of course in beyond the influence of the seller. As a consequence sellers can unfairly lose an eBay discount. As a business I would hope that it can be appreciated that whilst some costs can be absorbed such a hike in costs may inevitably lead to postal charges having to increase. I therefore ask that buyers assist in keeping costs down by leaving accurate ratings. In the unlikely event of postage CHARGES invoiced being thought to be excessive please request full details whereupon proof  that the charges are BELOW cost will be provided.

In the highly unlikely event that the item is not as described/portrayed a full refund of the bid price will given.The photographs for the vast majority of the items that I list can be enlarged to assist evaluation.
