This is prefered as there are no charges and you do not need to be registered to NOCHEX to pay this way, you just need a valid credit or debit card.

PAYPAL:
This is accepted, but you must have a confirmed account with PAYPAL as this is so you & me are covered by their buyer/seller protection scheme & to stop fraudulent claims. If you do not have a confirmed account with PAYPAL and you have already paid, your payment will be refunded and the item will be relisted. So please confirm your details with PAYPAL as a lot of seller's are having to do this now, or simply use NOCHEX, or please send a Cheque/Postal Order. Sorry for being so strict about PAYPAL, but I have been the victim of too many fraudulent claims on PAYPAL.

If Your Item Gets Lost In The Post:
Retro-Play-UK take items lost in the post seriously. In the very unlikely event your item doesn't arrive, please email me. There are usually a number of reasons why you haven't got the item, the most common being postal strikes, ordering in a time of the year when a lot of people are sending items and also the postman has tried to deliver the item, but couldn't for some reason & has forgotten to leave a card to tell you so, in this case please go to your local depot and ask them if they have any items for you, they are usually always happy to help you.
If the item is lost and not at the depot, please allow 2 weeks from the posting date, so that Royal Mail can class the item missing. I will then give you the proof of posting or if it was sent recorded the tracking receipt and all the paperwork you need (claim form, receipt etc, which I will fill it in for you, all you will need to do is fill in the parts I can't and sign it, then put it in the letter box) plus an envelope to post the claim forms (this is FREE-POST). The buyer has to make the claim for Royal Mail to honour the claim and my experience they always do so.
Royal Mail will honour all claims up to the value of £30 GBP. To ensure the item has been lost and to allow time for it to be returned, we do require the following conditions to be met:
2nd Class Recorded/Standard Parcels - No Action can be taken until 2 weeks after the date of posting.
Airmail Europe - No Action can be taken until 3 weeks after the date of posting.
Airmail ROW - No Action can be taken until 1 month after the date of posting.
Royal Mail will consider an item lost after the above conditions.
UK Items Posted With DHL (Consoles/Hardware etc)
Tracking number is provided and is trackable on the Internet. If it does get lost, claim can be made after 1 week from expected delivery date.

By claiming an item has not been received when in fact it has is considered to be Postal Fraud. Retro-Play-UK claim any loss directly from the Royal Mail. In filing a claim Retro-Play-UK will advise fully of the transaction details, this is to ensure they can identify any failings in their system and add your address to their database.
If further mail goes astray, the Royal Mail can blacklist that address. Furthermore, if an address is under suspicion, the Royal Mail along with local authorities can launch an investigation and you will be subject to both postal fraud and theft.
This applies also to mail sent overseas, Postal Services in other countries share information on suspected fraudulent claims and treat postal fraud seriously.
