Properties

Consistent strength meeting all the conformity criteria in BS EN 197-1.
Contains cement quality improver to give the following benefits compared with ordinary Portland cement: lower water demand, more cohesive mix, less tendency for water to segregate and bleed and enhanced resistance of hardened concrete or mortar to freeze/thaw attack.
Mastercrete entrains a controlled quantity of air and the addition of admixture of the air-entraining type is unnecessary and not recommended for concrete. In mortar and rendering, the addition of proprietary air-entraining mortar plasticiser is either unnecessary or the manufacturer’s recommended dosage significantly reduced dependant upon the sand used. Other proprietary admixtures of the non air-entraining type and pigments are compatible with Mastercrete. Trial mixes are recommended to determine optimum mix proportions.

It is recommended you take out insurance on the goods against damage or loss. 
Force Majeure:
Ebuild UK reserves the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel the Contract or reduce the volume of the Goods ordered by you the Buyer (without liability to you  the Buyer) if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party’s workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, provided that, if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 45 days, Ebuild UK shall be entitled to give notice in writing to you the buyer to terminate the Contract.

Delivery Information:
WE ONLY DELIVER TO YOUR CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS

We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 – 5 business days.
Certain products listed within our web site are not standard stock items and can take longer than the stated time.
All customers will be contacted by email to confirm a convenient delivery date between the days of Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5pm (excluding weekends) – we are unable to give exact delivery times.
You can specify your required date between the days of Monday to Friday (excluding weekends) on your online order. 
Deliveries must be signed for, please ensure you or your agent will be available at your delivery address to sign for and check goods. On arrival all goods must be inspected carefully by the customer or agent for any signs of damage, should you find any damage please instruct the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged. If you do not have time to inspect the goods properly please sign the document as un-checked.
Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive, you have 3 days to notify ebuilduk@btconnect.com of any damage, shortages or incorrect items, if we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within this time, you agree to indemnify ebuild UK in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 3 days.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Our suppliers will only make one delivery, if you are not at the delivery address to accept the delivery a charge will be made to deliver a second time.
There will be one person per vehicle and for health and safety reasons the driver is only contracted to deliver kerbside, Delivery inside a customer’s property is at the driver’s discretion.
Larger items (including all pipe, water harvesting and oil storage tanks) will normally be delivered by carrier. 
Please note that for all items delivered by carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate vehicular access and the provision of suitable offloading equipment, where required.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries.
