14 Days of receipt

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item.By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. To return your item please package the relevant item(s)securely and send it to us within seven days of the date that the item was delivered to you. We recommend using a Recorded Delivery Service for items with a value of over £30.00 and/or ensure that you obtain a Proof of Posting receipt.Please note that we cannot accept hand delivered returns.Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged. Defective or significantly different to the listed description (see below).Mrs Mouse Emporium endeavours to describe items as accurately and honestly as possible. However, on occasions, errors in listing descriptions and pricing may occur. Please take time to look at the items pictures before purchasing, as Mrs Mouse Emporium always uses pictures of the item listed unless otherwise stated. If your item is significantly different to the listing description on receipt, please notify us at mrsmouseemporium@hotmail.co.uk and return within 14 days. Please note: refunds will be processed on receipt of returned goods. If the refund is due to a significant listing error, Mrs Mouse Emporium will refund the total original amount paid, including initial shipping charges.
