SHIPPING:

For United States Sales:

     All Figures will be shipped in one of two ways according to the below chart:

• All Packages will receive Delivery Confirmation for no extra costs!
• Insurance can be added for only $1.70 US and will cover the item for damage or loss.
• Each additional figure is only $1.50 extra for S&H for each additional figure ($2.00 US for International Orders)
• For order over 10 figures we have to ship the figures Priority Shipping only!

Combined Shipping Policy

For each additional figure that you purchase, we only add a $2.00 US S&H fee per figure!  For orders over 10 figures, we have to ship all figures via Priority Shipping as the size of the box used for shipping is too big for the USPS to ship it any other way!

Orders to Mexico:

Note: All orders shipping to Mexico must be shipped using Priority Shipping International!  Insurance will be automatically added and all packages will receive a tracking number!  This is USPS Policy and they have instructed us to pursue this option!

Customs Form Information:

NOTE:  We will not falsify any information on customs forms as this is against domestic and international law and is also against E-bay rules, regulations and policies.  We will not falsify the price of the items or mark any items as “gifts” for any order under any circumstances!

REFUNDS:

      If you are not happy in any way with a transaction, please contact me and I will correct the transaction with your money back.  Simply ship the toy back to us within 3 days of receipt (you will have to pay to ship it back to me) and we will issue a refund!  Note: Item MUST be in the same condition as it was shipped and is pictured.  Please buy the optional insurance and/or delivery confirmation if you have concerns.
