Shipping and Postage: UK: There is 5 day dispatch with all our items, this is due to the large amount of orders we receive each day. This is only precautionary and if we/I can get the items out the same day we/I will. Any items sent out by post go out by first class and we use PPI service with Royal Mail…So once the items are packed they are put into a bag and Royal Mail come to collect from us. Once they have collected it is beyond our control as to how long it take them to process and deliver the mail. (sorry for having to explain this but numerous times parcels have been delayed and we can only do so much before having to put everything on a signed for service an putting the postage up) Postage and Packing cost: We have to take everything into consideration when sending goods out, the cost of the service, cost of packing, labels etc…We are not a very big company so do not get the discounts on bulk buying Jiffys…. in-fact just one pair of hands deals with all of this. Sent out by courier: Again most of the above applies apart from parcels do have tracking numbers…We/I will only send them to you if you ask for them. Unfortunately things do get delayed or lost, but once they have left the premises there is not a lot I can do, but do the best to get things found and on their way. Vinyl and Cloth: We do not like to fold Vinyl or Speaker cloth so we send it by courier rolled up there is a fixed rate of £8.99 for this and is regardless of how much you order E:G 1 meter is £8.99 shipping, 20 meters is £8.99 shipping International: Goods are sent out by Airmail and either has Standard rate, International Signed for or Airsure service. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not select either International Signed For or Airsure you can NOT track your order. I’m finding it hard not to put everything on an international signed for service but unfortunately to much stuff has either not turned up or other. US customs: Again unfortunately we have no control over the powers that be and US customs seem to operate in their own time…We/I have sent goods to the US and has taken 3 months to arrive. All USA packets have a customs form attached to them but this does not seem to help. Europe: We do not receive much problem from sending goods to the EU, But please note When we send goods to ITALY it can take up to 3 weeks for it to arrive, I do not know why this is but have had numerous parcels take this long to arrive..
