Payment

All payments must be received within 3 working days of auction close, our preferred payment option is paypal, but we will accept cheques and postal orders from UK buyers. Paypal is FREE for buyers to use, we don't charge you anything extra for using paypal unlike some sellers. If you pay with a cheque or postal order please make reference to the auction that you are paying for by quoting the auction ID. Goods will not be shipped until cheques have cleared (normally 5 working days!!) ALL International buyers must pay via paypal.

Shipping

Please note due to limited space some of our Larger items are despatched direct from our manufacturer, this may sometimes add an extra 1-2 days on expected delivery date. Royal mail do occasionally have delays and they do not class an item as missing until after 15 working days, please inform us immediately via email if your item does not arrive and we will then try to track your item. International shipping can sometimes take upto 3 weeks so please be advised.

Terms of Sale

Please note that by bidding on ebay you ae entering into a contract and we would expect our buyers to honour their bids, we will how ever change this policy depending on the individual case.
