The kitchen has been lovingly looked after and is in good usable condition. There is some general wear and tear commensurate with its age but Mark Wilkinson kitchens are incredibly durable and well made and there is plenty of life in this kitchen. Please review the photos below for more details. |

This is a lovely traditional kitchen set made by Mark Wilkinson. Mark Wilkinson is one of the best manufacturers of top-end kitchens in the UK and is recommended by leading chefs such as Gary Rhodes. This auction comprises:
Units: These units are stunning pine finished units that have a delicious rich colour and are sturdy and well built. The units are approximately 880mm high. - 2 x 600mm wall-mounted double cupboards - 300mm wall-mounted open wine shelving - 300mm under-counter pull-out bin cupboard - 300mm + 300mm under-counter hinged corner cupboard (no carousel) - 300mm + 300mm under-counter hinged corner cupboard (no carousel) There is some water damage on shelf which would probably be cured by re-sanding and staining. - 600mm under-counter set of four drawers - 600mm under-counter drawer + cupboard - 300mm wall-mounted open dish display cupboard - 600mm wall-mounted open dish display cupboard with plate rack - 300mm wall-mounted open dish display cupboard
Appliances: -600mm Zanussi oven and Creda hob with wall mounted built-in extractor space (please note the extractor does not work). Oven and Hob with manuals. - Bosch washing machine approx 5 years old. With manual. - 1.5 bowl LH Blanco stainless steel sink with Franke mixer tap. The unit needs a new washer.
Please note the surfaces and tiles in the pictures are not for sale as they will not be extracted without damage.

Q1: Can I collect my item? A: Yes. All items can be collected by the customer or an appointed representative. Q2: Is there a charge for collection? A: Yes. Most collections come with a charge. That is £7.50 (for small items) or £15.00 (for large items). Please check the listing for details or ask a question if you are not sure. Q3: Why is there a charge for collection? A: This is a handling and administration fee. Arranging appointments, ensuring items are ready to collect and completing the collection do take up staff time. We also provide free on-site customer parking & loading assistance to customers collecting from us in person. It does not include any packaging (time or materials). Q4: Can I pay cash on collection? A: Yes. But we do require payment within 7 days so we ask that you arrange your collection promptly. Q5: Where do I collect from? A: Unless stated in the listing all collections are from our Park Royal warehouse: 8 Commercial Way, Abbey Road, London, NW10 7XF. Q6: Are you in the congestion zone? A: No. Q7: When can I collect? A: Collections are by appointment only during normal office hours (9.30am-5.30pm Monday-Thursday and 9.30am-4.30pm on Friday). We can sometimes offer collections outside these times (during the week), but this cannot be guaranteed. Our offices are closed at weekends. Q8: What if I don't turn up? A: We are flexible in agreeing times and usually offer a generous window. We will charge a fee of £7.50 for re-arranging a collection. Q9: How long do I have to collect my item? A: 7 days from the auction closing. Q10: What happens after 7 days? A: We can make arrangements to store your item longer but there are charges associated with this (£25 per item per week, or part thereof). After 7 days we may, at any time, donate your item to charity or dispose of it on your behalf without notification. |
| Payment Methods |
| We happily accept the following payment methods:
1. PayPal. We prefer PayPal; it is the fastest and safest way to pay for your eBay purchases. We do not pass on PayPal fees to customers. 2. Cheques or Postal Orders. We accept sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank account or UK postal orders. Please make them payable to Stuff U Sell and post to: Stuff U Sell, 8 Commercial Way, Abbey Road, London, NW10 7XF. 3. Cash on collection. We accept cash on collection for most items. However, this must be completed within 7 days of the auction ending. Please bring the exact money, including any collection fee as per your eBay invoice. 4. UK bank transfers (BACS or CHAPS). We are happy to be paid by direct bank transfer from a UK bank - please contact us for our bank details. Your payment will need to include any bank charges. International bank transfers are not possible. 5. Banker's drafts. For high-value items we accept banker's drafts drawn on a UK bank account. We may still wait until payment is in our account before releasing the item.
We do not accept any forms of payment other than those stated above. In particular, we do not accept:
1. Money transfers of any kind. 2. Credit cards. Please use your credit card to fund a PayPal account and pay using that method. |
| Our Terms of Business |
| The following constitutes our terms of business. By bidding you are agreeing with these terms. If you have a questions please contact us. |
Payment 1.1 Payment window. We require payment within 7 days of the auction ending. Please send cheques or postal orders immediately to ensure to get them to us on time. Failure to pay can result in unpaid item strikes and negative feedback, which cannot be removed. If you wish to collect and pay cash you must do so within 7 days. 1.2 Unpaid item process. Customers receive a winning bid email containing the payment due and all the information needed to pay immediately after the auction closes. After 3 days we may send a payment reminder. After 7 days a payment dispute is opened to resolve the issue of non-payment. Once 7 days have passed we may resell or relist any items which have not been paid for without notification. 1.3 Payment in full. We cannot release items unless they are paid for in full including any applicable collection charges, delivery charges or storage fees.
Postage & Packing 2.1 Handling agent. Once we have accepted payment, the item is the property of the customer. All customers are invited to collect their items should they so wish. By selecting a shipping option and paying our postage & packing charges the customer appoints us as a handling agent. 2.2 Shipping agent. Customers cannot choose their own shipping agent. They are welcome to arrange shipping themselves if they do not wish to use the agent stated in our listing. In this case any associated collection fees apply and the customer is responsible for the packing and collection of their item by their appointed agent. 2.3 Loss or damage waiver. We are not liable for any loss or damage once your item has been transferred your shipping agent. Any loss or damage incurred during the shipping process is a matter between the customer and the shipping agent. We cannot make any claims on customer's behalf, but are happy to help/advise customers making claims against shipping agents. We are able to take out insurance on most items, this is optional. 2.4 Worldwide shipping. The customer is responsible for any local taxes and import duties associated with shipping outside the UK.
Collections 3.1 Collection window. You have 7 days from the end of the auction to collect you item(s). A collection charge usually applies: please check the listing for details. If you fail to collect within 7 days your item may be resold or donated to charity. 3.2 Uncollected item process. Your eBay invoice contains all the information you need to arrange a collection. You will receive one reminder prior to the collection window expiring. 3.3 Storage penalties. We will ensure that your item is safely stored for 7 days after the auction closes. This is sufficient time to arrange collection. Should we agree to hold your item longer (see 3.1) we will charge storage costs of £25 per item per week (or part thereof) after this time. Auctions consisting of multiple parts will incur multiple storage charges.
Returns & Refunds 4.1 7-day limit. Any claims for returns & refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt and prior to feedback being left. 4.2 Material difference. Refunds can only be processed where an item, on leaving our warehouse, materially differs from that outlined in our listing. By "material difference" we mean a clear listing error, or misrepresentation, which in our opinion materially affects the item's value. Loss or damage during shipping is not grounds for a refund from Stuff U Sell (see 2.3). 4.3 Refund process. Refunds are only issued once an item has been returned and checked against the claim. Where we have made an error, we will process a full refund. We may choose to pay your return postage costs but we are not obliged to do this. We will only refund return postage charges authorised by us. Items should be returned using the packing materials in which they were sent. 4.4 Items not returnable. If an item is returned without appropriate grounds, we are not obliged to give a refund. In the event we refuse a refund, the customer must pay a further postage charge if they wish to have the item back. Failure to pay this charge within 7 days may result in the item being resold to cover our costs. 4.5 Our liability. Without exception, our liability to the customer is strictly limited to the price paid for the item. |
