High Performance Marine Polyurethane Adhesive and Sealant

Marineflex is a one-part moisture curing high performance polyurethane sealant and structural adhesive.

Marineflex is a versatile addition to boatbuilders and repairers range of materials.

Marineflex can be used above and below the waterline for the sealing of joints: bedding of fittings on the deck and hull: sealing around hatches and portholes: seam filling: structural adhesive and sealant.

Marineflex is overpaintable, non toxic, low odour, fast curing, permanently flexible, nonstaining, slump-resistant, peel-resistant highly adhesive and can be sanded down.

Marineflex is available in black, white and grey.

Marineflex has excellent adhesion to most common surfaces including GRP, wood, marine-ply, glass and metals.

All substrates must be clean, dry and free from grease. GRP should be abraided for maximum adhesion. Teak and similar timbers require degreasing and priming.

Coverage: 10mm x 10mm joint gives approximately 3 metres/cartridge.

Health and Safety

Uncured Marineflex may irritate the skin. Must not be ingested. Should the uncured material come into contact with the eyes wash well with water and consult a physician.
