 Marcy bench with squat rack,  lat pull down, leg curl and preacher curl

Bench & rack allows you to work many of your muscle groups in the comfort of your home:
  • Squat rack - complete squats with out need for a spotter. This is the same Marcy rack that you can find on ebay being sold new for over £100. Comes with FOUR bar catches, instead of the usual two.
  • Bench press. You can easily use the rack whilst you bench press. Because the rack has four bar catches, you can set one at a high start height, and have the second catches set lower in case you can't quite get the bar back up.
  • Bench can adjust to an incline position (several varying levels of incline) as well as being used flat. Bench does not decline.
  • Bench is in excellent condition, no rips in the fabric.
  • Lat pull down with wide grip bar to hit your back.  Can also use the pull down attachment to work your triceps.
  • Leg curl - to work your quads sitting down, but you can also your hamstrings lying forwards on the bench.
  • Preacher arm curl attachment - to really work those biceps!

Bench & rack can be used either with standard size weights or olympic weights. I used it with a 145kg olympic set and it was solid and very strudy. 

Bench and all attachements are in excellent condition with only home use.

 I've just noticed that I did not upload any pictures of the leg curl attachment (doh!) Apologies for this, but rest assured the bench comes with a leg curl (suitable for quads and hamstrings) that slots in the same place as the pulldown & preacher attachment does.
