Postage and Packing
The costs include postage, packing and handling not just postage please do not bid if you do not agree with this.
We do combine postage, packing and handling charges to offer discounts for multiple purchases. The postage, packing and handling for the first item is as per the auction, we take the most expensive postage, packing handling charge as the first item. All additional items are then discounted by 50%. We can not send you a total for your multiple items as we never know when you have finished bidding for all your items, therefore you MUST request a total once you have won your items. Please note once a payment is made we can not amend the total.

Due to German regulations this item is not available for purchase if you live in Germany.
Returns of "Make-up" items are not permitted due to hygiene reasons; if you are unsure about the item you are bidding on or have any queries please use the "Ask Seller a Question" service before placing your bid. However, the 7 day return policy is available for items received not as described in the listing or incorrectly sent.
All other items (apart from makeup) do carry a full 7 day return. All returned items must be sent back in the condition they were received and in their original condition and packing.
**Important** If you have a problem with a delivered item you must email us within 7 days of the receipt with your concerns to arrange the item's return. Items returned without prior contact will not be processed. Wherever possible the returned item will be replaced and if that is not possible a full refund will be raised once the item is received and the condition verified.
