 General Information Please be aware that you're bidding on what's described in the title and featured in the picture(s) ONLY. I clean and guarantee all of my items to work! Please read thoroughly about the guarantee policy below. Also please take into consideration that I may have multiple copies of a game, CD, DVD or sets of a system and that I take a picture of only one of them as the base picture. However, I only combine listings that are of similar condition. The condition of a particular item is a big deciding factor of the price I ask. What will I receive? Shipping Swift shipping is a very high priority at Freeland Entertainment. I generally use First Class mail for video games, CD's, DVD's and Priority mail for video game systems. However, more and better services can be provided for additional cost. Please message me as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes to the shipping method. Items will generally be shipped out via USPS within a few days of cleared payment. Payment I accept PayPal only! If you do not have PayPal, please DO NOT purchase from me. You have SEVEN days starting from the end of the auction to pay for your item in full. I will generally send a reminder on the 5th day notifying you that you have 2 days left. If you haven't paid for it in full by the seven day period, I will be forced to open an unpaid item claim. If you have any questions or requests, don't hesitate to send me a message. I will most certainly act upon your message promptly. Guarantee Everything I sell carries a 14 day gaurantee. If you receive an item that won't work for some reason, please let me known as soon as possible. I would love to fix a problem and keep your experience a positive one. You can also check out the "Frequent Questions" page located in my store for troubleshooting. Returns must be shipped by the buyer at their expense by the 14 day grace period. Returns will be inspected upon arrival for any foul play and if foul play is present, it WILL void refunds. If an item sent back to me is a legitimate case, I will refund your purchase 100% and refund your shipping costs! Freeland Entertainment does not believe that you, the customer, should have to pay for someone else's mistake. However, if a refund is requested and I find that an item is in working order upon receiving it or it has been tampered with, I will send it back to you without a refund. Please note that I do not mind to refund your money if the fault is on my part. Again, note that I would like to keep our transaction as pleasant as possible.    |
