Mango Wood Vases are made from managed Mango Fruit Tree plantations. Once a mango tree reaches the end of its fruit bearing age, the wood is harvested to produce these vases. New mango fruit trees are planted to continue the cycle of mango fruit production. We hold all the products that we sell in stock and aim to dispatch within three to five working day of receiving payment. We aim to answer emails within 24 hours and usually a lot quicker. We offer a returns policy for any item purchased but not required once delivered. Items can be returned for a refund of the item value if unopened, unused, and in resalable condition at the buyers expense within 14 days of delivery. Items delivered damaged, or not as described can also be returned for full refund. PAYMENTS Paypal payments is preferred, however we will accept cheques made payable to Mr M Larner ENVIROMENT We aim, were possible, to re-cycle all packaging materials such as cardboard boxes, paper, shrink wrap, plastic, etc. As well as the actual parcel postage cost, our p+p charges include the cost of packaging materials (padded bags, bubble wrap etc), and the cost involved in storing, picking and packing your order, Please take into account the p+p charge when deciding to place your order. RETURNS Goods delivered but no longer required can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery at the buyers expense for a refund of the product value, providing the goods are received back by us in an unopened and resale able condition, p+p charges are not refundable.
