Manfrotto 718SHB DIGI MINI 3W TRIPOD is a smaller version of the popular 714B and is an extremely compact 4-section tripod with a short folded length that will fit in your luggage with space left over. It has a built-in hybrid video/photo 3-Way head with a "dovetail" quick release camera plate (can be locked in place one-handed), separate pan and tilt locks, and a short pan/tilt bar for more ergonomic use while panning or tracking moving subjects. The leg pivot system uses a unique single hinge design in aluminium which both keeps the cross section smaller and allows the leg to fold shorter than conventional tripods.

This tripod is suitable for compact cameras, compact SLR-type cameras with built-in lenses, compact camcorders (MicroDV, MiniDV or equivalent size) and makes great for travelling light. This tripod can even be qualified as carry-on hand luggage as it is claimed to fit airline regulations. Easy and intuitive to use, this is a versatile product for all-round use.
