Mamas and papas Gold Changing Bag

 Gold colour- sorry i do not know the actual colourway name.

The bag has a thermal space for a bottle and many zipable pockets both inside and on the outside of the bag. There is also a netted pocket on the inside the netting has a lot of pulling to the net but obviously this can not be seen when in use due to it being on the inside of the bag. 

All have been washed in non bio ready for use.

The bags new are £50 so I think the price of this set represents its condition.

Payment

 Please make payment within 7 days of purchase I accept paypal , postal order or bankers draft only,

 Postage

Royal mail first class small packets this service takes 1-2 working days But will sometimes be delaid as this is just the way of the world, and this is something I have no control over,

I do post most days and will normally get your items posted with in 24 hours of purchase excluding sundays and bankhoildays!

 Please note that the time given for postage is within 2 business days this is just as a mum of 3 under 5 sometimes I cannot get to the postoffice But 9 times out of 10 I do.

 If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive ( please allow a week for delivery ) Please contact me inorder to sort the problem ,I use strong mailbags and bubble wrap if required so I do my best to avoid your items being damaged in the post but its does sometimes happen.

Postage Costs

 I do not make a profit on postage and charge the cost of postage ie the amount the postoffice charge and a small amount to cover the cost of packing materials ,

If I have over charged -This sometimes happens as the postoffice have made the sytem a little more diificult with weight and measurement requirements! I will refund via paypal on return .

 Returns

 I accept returns on all my items ,

 Returns must be made with in 35 days of purchase and in the condition the item was sent ie unused tags in tact clothes can be tried on.

Notification of return within 7days please

The refund is on return and is less the cost of postage.

 Please contact me  with in 7 days of recieving the item - prior to return to let me know you are returning the item and which service you are using so I know when to expect the item , Please keep your proof of postage as if the item is lost then you will need to claim with the postoffice. ( if your item is lost in the post on its way to you I will claim with the postoffice )
