Malachite is avery beautiful bright green stone, often with wonderful markings.  It is a powerful healing stone which can be placed directly onto an affected area to absorb negative energies, both physical and emotional. This stone has a high copper content, and possesses a pulsing magnetic energy.  It can provide protection by powerfully cleansing the auric field and rapidly absorbing negative energies such as those given out by computers, microwaves and TVs.  Malachite can be placed in the four corners of a room to cleanse and protect the environment of the space.  It should be cleansed frequently, preferably daily, to remove the large amounts of negative energy it is able to absorb.
