The MK series Ukuleles are made out of agathis, this wood is very similar to mahogany in appearance and tone.

Our 7-day returns guarantee

Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, plastic wrap unopened  and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item not including the postage charge.

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty (that does not include items damaged by the courier).
Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are faulty.

Couriers do not insure such wooden instruments, therefore we are sending this at your own risk and cannot refund for courier damage. If you can find a courier who does, then we will be happy to send via your choice.  However, we make every effort to package the ukuleles well to fully lessen the chances of any breakages.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
