All brand new items
All our items either in our eBay store or on auction are in brand new boxed retail condition, unless specifically stated in the description as used or ex demo. All our listed items are in stock. In the rare event of a stock error, we will inform you quickly.

Combined Postage
Postage costs are stated below. If postage costs to your delivery address are not specified, please contact us to confirm before bidding or buying. *** We do offer fair postage discount for multiple purchases at our discretion. Please request a shipping cost prior to purchasing multiple items. Buying or bidding is a contract to buy, we will not negotiate on shipping after you have already purchased. If you have purchased multiple items and want a combined invoice, please send a buyer requested total.

Payment.
We accept payment via personal cheque, direct over the telephone via all major credit or debit cards and of course via PayPal, no extra charges apply for any of the payment methods.

Refunds
Most of the items we sell will have some sort of manufacturer’s warranty. We can accept returns for items which you consider to be faulty under the terms of the manufacturers warranty, which will be stated somewhere in the product documentation that is supplied with the product. Please call us or email first before returning any item so we can establish if we think a warranty claim would be appropriate. Returned items will be sent to the distributor or manufacturer and they will decide the appropriate action, to either repair or replace or indeed reject the claim.

Delivery
All parcels we send will require a signature to acknowledge receipt. Domestic small none premium delivery items will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery, larger or next day UK mainland items will may be sent via our courier ParcelForce. International parcels again depending on weight and size will be sent Royal Mail international signed for or ParcelForce. If you do require a different delivery address to the one associated with your user ID on eBay please contact us straight after purchase to arrange.

PLEASE NOTE **** For large items, UK shipping to non-mainland addresses, including Highlands and Islands of Scotland, there will be a supplement of £6.50, please contact us if you need clarification. Add this amount to your payment when checking out.


Delivery Time Estimates:
• Parcel Force (UK Mainland) - Please allow 2 working days
• Royal Mail (UK Mainland) - Normally 1-3 working days. Please allow up to 14 working days.
• Royal Mail (UK Non-Mainland) - Normally 2-4 working days. Please allow up to 14 working days.
• Royal Mail (International Signed For - Europe) - Normally 3-5 working days. Please allow up to 21 working days.
• Royal Mail (International Signed For - Non-Europe) - Normally 5-7 working days. Please allow up to 28 working days.
• Parcel Force (Europe - Inc. Rep. Ireland) Normally 3-5 working days - Please allow up to 21 working days.
• Parcel Force (Non Europe) Normally 5-7 working days - Please allow up to 28 working days.

Although the vast majority of our parcels arrive well within the above estimates, occasionally items can be delayed. If you don’t receive your item in the time suggested above after the item is marked as dispatched, please contact us to obtain a tracking number. If an unsuccessful delivery attempt is made for your item, the courier will hold the item at their local depot and await collection by the recipient for 5 days. If you fail to collect an item from the depot and it is returned to us, there is an administration fee of £13 plus the redelivery cost which would be the same as the original delivery fee.

Collection
For some items we can offer collection even if purchase on eBay. If you do wish to collect your purchase please call us first to arrange. Please be aware that our stated P+P charge includes a number of things (not just postage), so if you do collect then we require you to pay half the stated auction P+P.
