We usually ship within 24 hours of purchase or when payment is cleared. Mannequins are sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery, if you are not at home, a red card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery directly with your local sorting office. For larger orders, we use Courier, both can be tracked online. We will not resend goods that are lost in the post for less than 7 days.

Please do not buy if you are not sure whether you are going to pay. Non payment or non receiving of postal payment within 5 working days will result in goods being relisted and a mutual agreement not to go ahead sent via Ebay.
