Shipping

This item is either too big or heavy for our normal courier. We have a man in a van who can deliver through out the UK mainland for a £1.00 per mile (minimum charge £20.00). To work out the distance from us (poscode CO7 8LG) click here and click 'Get Directions'.

Collection from our warehouse on Plough Road Business Centre, Gt Bentley, Colchester CO7 8LG. Hours: Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00. Please let us know the date you want to pick up the item, we will need 24 hours notice. There is a £5.00 collection fee for pick-up but you can pick-up more than one item for that price. If you don't pick up your item within 7 days we reserve the right to charge for storage. The charge will be £3.00 per day.

Please give us 24 hours notice if you have to change a pick-up date, otherwise we have to charge you the collection fee for the aborted collection.

If an item is returned to DelboysLockup due to the buyer not being present to accept delivery, the buyer will then have to pay again for re-delivery. DelboysLockup will not be responsible for this charge. Repeat delivery charges will be charged at the original postage and packaging charge rate.

We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that you may incur

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item(s) with receipt and original packaging etc, in it's original condition within 7 days for a refund, postage and packing not included.

It is understood that the customer is liable for postage costs in both directions.

You must CONTACT US to request an RT and return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without an RT number

Crediting Your Returns

Delboys Lockup Ltd will credit your PayPal or Credit Card once the items are received. Although we have Delboys Lockup Ltd customer service, please allow 10-14 days for credit to be given. Every credit card has different posting cycles; please allow 1-2 bills for your credit to appear on your statement.

We have stopped taking personal cheques as we are several miles from the nearest bank and from date of receipt of the cheque to clearance has been unacceptably long for some customers.

Non-Payment
If payment isn't received with in 7 days you will be reported to eBay who in turn will issue a non payment strike.
