To achieve full magnetic grab - Magnetic signs need to fit to a panel - you cannot let them overhang panels, go over trim or badges or bridge recesses or doors - they must be fitted to a flat or slightly curved panel ONLY.

• White .85mm thick Premium Plus grade flexible magnetic sheeting (premium plus grade gives a magnetic grab strength of 56g/cm2 - most sheeting at this thickness is only 40g/cm2).
• High quality graphics - Cut vinyl graphics in up to 4 colours (NO full colour images) - choose colours from our colour swatch thumbnail further down in this listing)
• Long life graphics - All our graphics are cut using 7-8 year grade graphics - will not fade or shrink like some digitally printed signs
• FREE design service - We design your magnetic signs for FREE - design can consist of text and simple logos - No full colour images or pictures please - Full colour looks great on large signs but can make smaller signs look cluttered & difficult to read from a distance. How to order your magnetic signs

• Win the bid or Buy it now (dependent on listing type) - pay using any of our payment options
• Email us your sign details - Send the details you require for your signs, including colours, any fonts you require & any simple logos you may want - KEEP IT SIMPLE - Too much information on a sign can make it unreadable, cluttered or just messy - Don't have too much information on them - We recommend for businesses to have:  your name, a simple list of services & your contact details, add a simple logo if required - REMEMBER the best signs are the ones that can be easily read. Don't have too many colours,  2 or 3 colours work best.
• Email as much information as possible - Please remember to email, size purchased, details you require on your signs, colours wanted & any design requirements you may have. The more information you give to us to quicker we can get the artwork emailed to you. We will need a valid email address to send artwork to - we cannot send attachments to you using ebays email.
• Sending Files - If you already have a design in mind and have a file you wish to email to us we can accept the following attachments - AI, EPS (illustrator v9 or earlier), CDR (corel draw version 11 or earlier), JPEG, BITMAP, GIF - we can also accept some Microsoft files such as word etc, WE CANNOT USE OR VIEW Microsoft Publisher files (.pub) - If you need to send files please contact us for our email address.
• Artwork - we will email artwork to you ONLY when your payment has cleared and we have received your sign details, artwork is emailed in a GIF format & must be sent to a valid email address - we endevour to email artwork within 24 hours of received details & cleared payments.
• Turnaroud time - Volksignia are a popular signmaker, we do not offer silly or unrealistic turnaround times, our usual turnaround time (before dispatch) is usually 5-7 working days, this timescale reflects our popularity, we can usually beat this but we WILL NOT compromise quality for speed - Professional, high quality signs take a little more time - we have never had a sign returned to us because of poor workmanship.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:

Payment: Please observe our payment terms, please pay within 3 days of checkout, any delay in paying may result in a non-payment strike against you, we do not offer any accounts and will not dispatch any goods until your payment has cleared. We will email you as soon as we receive your payment to acknowledge your order, we will begin manufacture of your order once your payment has cleared & not before.

Dispatch Times: Items not requiring a design (items with a stock design) are usually dispatched with 2-3 working days. Items that require artwork & design are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days of your final artwork approval. We will email you as soon as your order has been dispatched, all our items are sent by registered post or trackable parcels, all items will require a signature on receipt, we DO NOT send unregistered. On dispatch of your order we will email you either the recorded post reference number or a tracking number for parcels. Please note dispatch times are a guide only & are dependent on current work load and orders. If there is any delay in dispatching your order we will notify you by email.

Postage & Packing: All are items are packed professionally by us, in house, all goods are sent in custom made boxes (where required), items are bubble wrapped and packed tightly in their containers, all signs are dispatched with instructions or care guides where appropriate. All orders are properly invoiced. Please remember postage cost also include packing fees and administation fees and not just the cost of a postage label!  All items are dispatched by either Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post or larger items are sent by Royal Mail ParcelForce 48 Hour Service, WE DO NOT send any orders out unregistered, ALL OUR ITEMS will require a signature on delivery, if you are unable to take delivery, you will be carded by Royal Mail for you to either arrange another delivery day or for you to collect from your nearest collection depot. If you DO NOT collect your item it will be returned to us after 1 week, you will be liable to pay for redelivery if we have to resend your item once returned to us.

Feedback: Feedback is important to us, we would kindly ask you to leave your feedback on receipt of your goods, so we know you have received your items in good order, we will leave feedback for you as soon as we have received confimation you have received your goods, if for any reason you are not happy with you purchase or haven't received your order within Royal Mails stated delivery times, please email us before leaving feedback so we can correct any problems. We will ONLY leave feedback once we have confirmation you have received your goods in good order.

Returns: We can only offer returns on items that have not been subject to any design work (ie custom signage) please email us with your reason for returning your item before sending anything back to us, you will be required to pay any return postage, all items MUST be returned in their original packaging within 14 days and must be returned by the same service as sent out to you, DO NOT return anything in unregistered post as we will not accept delivery. On receipt of your returned item we will offer a full refund on your item including the original postage to you, we will NOT refund any additional postage you have paid to return items to us, we will refund you with the same method you paids us by (paypal or cheque). All items that have had graphic design work or artwork designs that have been approved by you can only be returned to us if you have received them damaged in the post, we cannot offer any refund for errors in artwork once you have approved the final design work, so please check artwork designs carefully before approving for production. We will not accept any return on items that have been used, damaged or poorly applied by the customer. PLEASE NOTE: All our goods are quality checked before dispatch.

Due to the nature of this item we cannot refund you for any errors to the design once you have checked and approved the artwork, so PLEASE check artwork carefully before you give a final approval - we cannot offer any refund for lost signage once in your possession and in use, it is your responsibility to make sure that you use these signs correctly, you must read the care and fitting guide before using or attempting to fit magnetic signs to your vehicle.
