You will not be issued with a refund or replacement until 28 days have passed as the Royal Mail does not regard an item lost until 14 days have past since posting and we need another 14 days to allow the Royal Mail to investigate.

We will do everything we can to make this as painless as possible and we are only a phone call or email away.

Special Delivery on a Friday does not Guarantee a delivery on the Saturday morning, its guaranteed for the following Monday morning before 9am or 12pm

International Post maybe delayed for any number of reasons I.e. customs hold ups, Tax Purposes, Plane Delays. In the event of a delayed item, you must contact us and we will do what we can to help you.
Due to the high number of abusive emails we recieve when an item that is airmailed we now quote at least 14 days delivery.

Any abuse will be reported to Ebay and Your internet provider.

All items are sold as new unless otherwise stated. Magic items,books,manuscripts,other electronic media(cd/dvd) will not be refunded due to the nature of the product,unless damaged and the normal postal investigation processes are dealt with in full.

Lost/late mail is subject to a Royal Mail enquiry and claim being put in for the item lost, only then we will consider a refund or new item being sent to you. This is to protect us and yourselves from rogue traders.

We have proof of postage on EVERY item we send out.
