The bracelet measures 18.5cm (7 1/4") long and fastens with a magnetic clasp. This is a beautiful and decorative item, and also has the excellent therapeutic properties of magnetic Hematite and beautiful, mysterious Amethyst.

Hematite is a glittering black stone, and is one of the chief ores of iron. When cut and polished, is has a silvery black, mirror like surface similar to early photographic plates, giving it a photographic 'memory' This stone records what occurs in its vicinity, and these scenes can be recalled like watching a film.
This is a great stone for grounding, clearing the mind and aiding concentration. It helps with memory, self control and attention to detail, and promotes sound sleep, confidence, willpower and courage. Hematite is an energising and vitalising stone, which is good for the blood (which also has a high iron content). It is said to enhance optimism and personal magnetism, and can easily be magnetised, thus enhancing its physical healing properties.
Hematite is reputed to be an excellent protective stone, as it can break up and destroy negativity. When carried, it can be stoked to dispel stress, and has a long history of use as a focus for scrying.
The natural magnetism of Hematite has long been used the world over in the belief that this mineral relieves pain, aids blood flow and enhances healing, creating a feeling of well-being.
Amethyst is the most valuable form of Quartz Crystal. It has been used since ancient times, both as jewellery and for talismans and amulets, and has been highly prized throughout recorded history.
