At last we have single Magnecor 8.0mm Blue or 8.5mm Red  performance Magnecor plug wire's from the many options listed below. Whilst most options are available immediately from stock, with so many variants we do advise to allow for a short delay in delivery if your lead requirement is not in stock.

As you can see in the pictures the stock blue leads have either straight ends or one straight and a 90 degree bend at the plug end. The red leads are straight both ends. We can of course supply other terminal options to order.

If you need more than one lead, additional leads can be easily supplied at multiples the same price (we can offer any length variants normally at no additional cost).

When did you last check your plug wires?
Knowing these leads have a service life of up to ten years and beyond, damage is normally caused by pulling of the plug wires by the lead causing bad connections to the plug cap or by vibration or heat damage in the engine bay.

An absolute must for the Rover V8 engine. Magnecor's up to now have only been available in full sets making replacement due to damage an expensive business.

RPi /partsrange strive to ensure our customers receive the best value for money and  with this in mind we decided to make available single leads of varying length to replace an individual damaged wire. Magnecor wires we know are offered with a lifetime warranty that can be realistically interpreted as at least 5 to 10 years of great performance. We know this as we have sold over 2000 sets in the past 8 years and have had issues with less then 10 sets in total, this mostly due to bad installation or pulling them off by the wire rather than the spark plug or coil tower boot.

Accidents do happen and we don't see why you need to replace them all for the sake of one!

The Origins of Magnecor
In the beginning. Designed primarily for pure racing engines using racing ignitions, turbo charging and supercharging. The Entire jacket was made from aerospace extreme heat-resistant silicone rubber. Exclusive magnecor 2.5 mm Metallic Inductance Suppressed Conductor will suppress EMI indefinitely, allowing this cable to be used on all road vehicles with any ignition styles and especially essential for LPG gas converted vehicles.

Are used on most serious race engines such as current engines used in the USA in NASCAR, Winston Cup, Grand National and Super Truck series, SCCA (including successful factory vehicles and other series winners), IMSA, NHRA etc. Magnecor Race Wires are also used on many race engines competing worldwide; Australians would be interested to know most successful Touring Cars, including most cars running at Bathurst, use Magnecor Race Wires. They have been successfully run on many 5,000+HP Top Fuel engines. However, unlike all other performance wires, Magnecor Race Wires can be used to improve ANY street engine ignition performance ­ because they provide EMI suppression!

Please do not confuse Magnecor with cheaper high-street or original equipment leads. Spiral wound leads hand built by Magnecor actually boost spark output and plug gaps can safely be increased by 10-20% due substantial higher spark delivery voltage.

• Why would I need these leads when I already have 9mm Silicone leads?
  Silicone is not a conductive material (but its mention does sell plug leads) Indeed silicone is only the water proofing material that protects therefore it makes no difference to the spark quality at all even if you have 8mm, 9mm or even 20mm Silicone plug leads.
  The quality that you should be looking for in a plug lead is a spiral winding around the centre core which creates a capacitance value that condenses the spark energy into one short  higher intensive spark. This can be found in these Magnecor plug leads as well as in far more expensive brands but seldom in high street replacements or original equipment leads.
  
  
• How can these be better than original equipment?
  Essentially plug wires are a service item and manufactures supply medium quality with a design life of 12000 miles or less, also service items are so often compromised in quality most often due cost issues, this is why so many bespoke component upgrades can transform your V8's efficiency as well as providing power gains at the lower and mid rpm ranges that are most important.
