7  DAYS FAULTY OR UNUSED GOODS WE WILL REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON RETURN OF FAULTY ITEM,THE GOODS MUST BE UNREGISTERED THIS IS TESTED ON RETURN!

Please note It is the buyers responsibility to check the system requirements of any software we sell as we can not know every buyers PC configuration,also if the box does not state your operating system this does not mean that it is not supported by a newer version.
If your item is defective or you are unhappy with it please email us using the "Contact Member/Seller" link at the top of this page and fully explain the problem we are happy to offer after sales via email. Please keep all the original packaging,we will answer emails within a few hours or less and hopefully help with any issues the buyer may have with our product.

If the item was purchased by mistake we will gladly refund the purchase price of the item (excluding P&P costs as this is a paid service by us where postage states "Free" we will only charge the actual costs incurred by us in P&P to the customer) as long as the item is unopened, in its original packaging and both the packaging and item is not damaged we will refund fully.

Any sealed games or software will not be accepted back if opened unless they are faulty or defective goods are checked on return for faults and to make sure registration of the product has not been completed. None faulty items must be returned within 7 days from receipt.
